Travelling upon arrival

The easiest and cheapest way to get from Porto airport to the city centre is to take the metro (www.metrodoporto.pt). Line E (Purple) connects the airport station to Porto city centre. “Trindade” station, downtown, makes the connection with all lines. The title (andante) required for travelling is Z4. It takes about 30 minutes and the single fare is €1.95. For the first time, you need to buy the card (reusable and rechargeable) that costs €0,60.
